Organizational Change Management – Reduce the cost and risk of change

For years, organizations of all sizes have struggled to deliver their programs, projects, and strategic initiatives on time, within budget, and with the success and satisfaction of the established goals. However, success in these complex efforts is elusive. In their latest study, the well-known CHAOS Report from the Standish Group—based on a study of 35,000 corporations—shows that only 32% of projects are succeeding; these are the lowest ratings in nearly a decade.

FasTrack OPM3 – PMI OPM3 Project Management Maturity Assessment and Improvement Roadmap - What to eliminate, what to improve

FasTrack OPM3 contains two seamless components: the Assessment and the Improvement Roadmap. 

OPM3 Assessment – Project Management Maturity Assessment

Our certified OPM3 Assessors work with your organization to assess its project management maturity.  This assessment is scoped to meet your organization’s unique needs, and choices come from the following list:

  1. Along the scale of Standardize, Measure, Control, and Improve
  2. Project Predictability
  3. Resource Optimization
  4. Balanced Scorecard

During the assessment, the team will conduct interviews, gather evidence and artifacts, and review your existing processes, procedures, and guidelines.  They will then analyze the data and prepare and deliver a detailed report of their findings, identifying the OPM3 best practices your organization has achieved, whether in whole or in part.  Depending on how many interviews you choose, this can be done in 1–3 weeks.
